The Walking Dead: Rise of The Governor
I didn't expect a whole lot from this. I ended up with about what I'd expected? The story itself was excellent Kirkman fare. I loved watching Brian and Philip descend into a coping form of madness, and I appreciate knowing the circumstances that brought about the Governor.I had problems with the way the story was told. There was an awful lot of James Patterson-y "Well, I don't know what I'm going to fill these pages with, so how about I give detailed descriptions of exactly what everyone is wearing? BRILLIANT!" stuff going on.
